About the role
AAFCPAs is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the OAFC team. This role is ideal for those who love diversity of work, career growth within a collaborative team, and utilizing technology to work efficiently.
In this position, you will be part of a dynamic growth team, managing a portfolio of diverse clients and helping companies grow.
What you'll do
- Process, code, and review vendor invoices and manage new vendor setup.
- Review customer payments and revenues from 3rd party applications or banks accurately.
- Monitor open receivables across multiple client accounting systems.
- Review and validate payroll reports prior to transmission for multiple clients.
- Manage setup and processing of payroll deductions including benefits, tax, and wage garnishment.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Review reconciled general ledger accounts, including bank and investment accounts.
- Tie-out reconciliations of subsidiary ledgers to general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for clients.

- Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Ability to manage and review payroll processing and related deductions.
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Mastery of tools such as Bill.com.
- Mastery of tools such as ADP RUN and Adaptive Resource Edge.
