About the role
The Strategy & Operations team acts as an internal strategy and implementation group, partnering directly with the Executive Team to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. We shape the direction of the business by uncovering insights and driving execution.
We are looking for a driven associate who brings strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems to deliver real results.
What you'll do
- Leading end-to-end initiatives focused on new growth opportunities, process improvements, and enhancing customer experience
- Conducting rigorous financial and strategic analyses to identify, prioritize, and evaluate key business opportunities
- Managing a roadmap of operational enhancements that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and unlock new capabilities
- Collaborating across departments and business units to develop and implement impactful solutions
- Building and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and deliver actionable insights
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that move the needle
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or at a high-growth startup
- Proven ability to execute strategic and operational initiatives with measurable results
- Strong grasp of financial and business fundamentals
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Willingness to travel occasionally
