About the role
The team is nearly 100 people strong across 15 countries. We are building a creator-led growth channel across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, seeking a single owner to treat this performance affiliate channel like a business to drive net new MRR.
What you'll do
- Own the entire affiliate funnel end-to-end to generate $10k/month in net new MRR within 90 days.
- Source, recruit, onboard, and activate creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Iterate creator strategies based on conversion data, scaling what works and cutting what doesn't.
- Manage high-volume creator outbound and maintain revenue accountability.
- Provide creative enablement by sharing hooks, examples, and positioning with creators.
- Collaborate with the team on creative insights and performance signals.
