As a B2C Sales Representative, you’ll connect with customers who already want to hear from us. No cold calling, just helping customers who’ve already raised their hands.
What you'll do
- Take inbound calls and reach out to people who’ve submitted form fills requesting more info or callbacks.
- Talk with families who want a safe first phone for their kids.
- Help seniors who want technology that feels simple again.
- Listen with patience, explain clearly, and close with confidence.
- Make sure their number ports over smoothly.
- Hit your sales goals.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Fluent English.
- High-speed internet.
- A PC or laptop.
- Noise-cancelling headphones.
- Love sales, competition, and uncapped commissions.
- Slow down, listen, and treat people like humans.
- Want your work to actually matter.
- Stay organized and motivated remotely.
- Take values and performance seriously, and be open to sales targets and feedback.
- Like talking to customers.
Nice to have
- Knowing Spanish is a big plus.
- Experience selling to telecom and/or to the US market.
