You will define what agentic shopping looks like through interaction patterns where AI understands shopper intent to drive real business outcomes.

- Define agentic shopping interaction patterns where AI understands shopper intent and helps them reach purchase goals.
- Collaborate with Agent Orchestrators to design dashboard tools for configuring, training, and optimizing shopping journeys.
- Run UI experiments on live retailer sites and validate new experiences with actual shopper data.
- Conduct shopper research and lead user interviews and usability tests to validate hypotheses.
- Map novel user flows for both shoppers and merchandisers where LLMs drive the shopping journey.
- Define a bold visual strategy for future product discovery and produce high-fidelity final mockups.
- Ensure designs scale within the evolving design system and component library.
What they're looking for
- Ability to partner with PMs to shape product direction and work closely with engineers for delivery.
- Practical experience leading user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- A goal-oriented, iterative mindset focused on solving high-impact problems and shipping quickly.
- Systems thinking skills to spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.
- Experience designing for unfamiliar or complex workflows, especially in B2B contexts.
