I absolutely love Ethena's careers page - it feels relatable, conversational, and HUMAN. Most careers pages go wrong by forgetting that the company is comprised of humans, and you're supposed to be talking to other humans.
"Humor is human. We spend a third of our days at work. That time shouldn’t be miserable. Tell a joke in a meeting, send that funny gif. We take our work seriously, not ourselves."
They have a great Glassdoor score (4.7), and a big transparent list of perks and benefits, including:
