About the role

Our Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward. This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.

What you'll do
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies
- Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends
- Collaborate with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods
- Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement
- Source candidates through a variety of search resources including social media, internal database, job boards, networking, and internet searches
- Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, sharing values and driving brand awareness in the market
- Participate in research projects and other initiatives which improve the infrastructure of hiring

- Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses
- High craft with ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies and strong expertise in boolean/X-ray sourcing
- High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries and influence stakeholders
- Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
- Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on Fintech/crypto industry knowledge
- Strong product sense and sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition
Nice to have
- Prior sourcing experience in crypto, fintech or any product-driven organization
