I LOVE Loom, both as a place to work and as a super helpful async tool.
Anyone who reads my stuff knows that I cannot stand meetings. 90% of meetings probably don't need to happen, only benefit the loudest person of the room, and eat into productivity time. Tools like Loom make it possible for remote work and digital nomad lifestyles to exist.
They even have a super comprehensive, transparent perks package broken down by where you are a citizen. I love everything about it.
