About the role
We are looking for a highly technical, customer-obsessed Lead Solution Engineer to join our global technical operations team. This is a premier role designed for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical problem-solving and direct client consultation.
While you will support our diverse, global network of premium publishers, you will also serve as the critical technical lead for our rapidly expanding Brazilian market. You will be the face of our technical expertise, working directly with customers to solve their most complex technical challenges and guide them through the adoption of our advanced ad-tech products.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues in code and ad server configurations.
- Serve as the trusted technical partner for Brazilian customers, leading implementation calls and product walkthroughs fluently in Portuguese.
- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of proprietary tools like PubGuru and Advanced Ads for high-value accounts.
- Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to unique customer website and mobile app setups.
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management to recommend configurations that unlock higher ad revenue.
- Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers and business owners.
- Act as a bridge between global clients and internal Product/Engineering teams to influence the global product roadmap.
