About the role
You will serve as the crucial bridge between physical warehouse operations and digital systems, ensuring inventory data integrity to support global supply chain and planning decisions. This role requires travel to our warehouse in Louisville, KY at least once a week.
What you'll do
- Process, validate, and reconcile inbound PO receipts, put-aways, stock transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments in NetSuite and 3PL WMS.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for 3PL partners, coordinating receiving, storage, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
- Reconcile NetSuite inventory with 3PL WMS records and physical counts to investigate discrepancies like negative inventory or phantom stock.
- Ensure inventory and warehouse activities are executed in accordance with SOPs, controls, and financial requirements.
- Track 3PL service levels, transaction accuracy, and adherence to operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory and system processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Provide accurate inventory data to support weekly and monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and replenishment decisions.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain operations, warehouse systems, or 3PL operations.
- Experience working directly with 3PL providers or warehouse teams to coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and at least one WMS or 3PL system.
- Experience reconciling system inventory to physical stock and performing cycle counts.
- Ability to follow and reinforce SOPs, inventory controls, and financial controls.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to run basic SQL queries for data validation.
- Clear communication style for coordinating with logistics, planning, finance, and warehouse teams.
- Ability to travel to the Louisville, KY warehouse at least once a week.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ERP-to-WMS integrations.
