What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize high-growth opportunities and drive strategic execution, ensuring alignment across all go-to-market functions.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives critical to scaling the business, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments.
• Create robust analytical models and dashboards to provide actionable insights into go-to-market and product performance.
• Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into clear recommendations for optimizing commercial results and leveraging AI to drive scale and efficiency.
• Champion operational efficiency by continuously identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

What they're looking for

• 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or Strategy & Operations, combined with in-house experience at a SaaS company.
• Recent experience at a hypergrowth and rapidly scaling SaaS company.
• Recent Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills.
• Executive presence and comfort communicating with the C-suite.
• Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills.
• Expert with Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to build data models.
• Proficient in AI tools and comfortable leveraging AI to maximize effectiveness of daily work.
• Intellectual curiosity supported by exceptional analytical skill.
• Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and demonstrated expertise in managing such projects.
• Able to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments under tight and unpredictable timelines.

Nice to have

• MBA is a plus.
• SQL proficiency preferred.
