Show me a global map of where your employees are located, and I'm a happy camper, and Omniscient has a BEAUTY. Also, here are three things that we LOVE to see and should serve as massive green flags for you:
1. Asking for a minimum number of vacation days taken is a huge green flag, because most people take fewer vacation days than normal under an unlimited PTO policy.
2. Working from wherever you want and working asynchronous means total flexibility, end of story. 3. Offsites in fun locations is always an awesome way to travel and connect with your employees.
