I am just rolling in amazing new companies today. This is another "How the hell did I miss this company" to throw on the list. There are SO many things I like about this company, so I'm going to try to not overload you, but there's some stuff you need to know:

1. They were born remote: As I've said many times in the past, this means something entirely different than a company that was forced to go remote. Companies born remote have built their entire infrastructure, communications styles, flexible work, and employee recognition and communication around remote work. It wasn't immediately thrown into place by force, it was carefully structured.

2. They don't care where you work: As a matter of fact, the linked article talks about the craziest places employees have worked, like on a boat, a car office, a family cottage in the Andes with a pet cat, and places all over the world. Make sure to read the bullet points on the benefits of remote work, because they embody everything we believe in at beach commute. Note that many roles require you to have European, the Middle East or African working hours, which is very doable for digital nomads.

3. Everything on their careers page and supporting posts is about the employee, not the company. This is crucial. They want you to have a fulfilled life, and they aren't-inwardly focused, which can get Kool-Aidey in a hurry.
