About the role
You will be part of a connected group of engineers transforming different departments, establishing shared standards, and leading complex solutions from discovery through to measurable business impact.
What you'll do
- Reimagine how teams work with AI, moving toward humans orchestrating AI-powered ways of working.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high-impact transformation opportunities.
- Own complex initiatives from design and build through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Design, build, and test reliable AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, orchestration platforms, and APIs.
- Balance value, feasibility, risk, and data quality while recognizing when AI is not the right solution.
- Help teams move toward confidently creating reusable prompts and workflows to drive self-sufficiency.
- Measure adoption, quality, and business impact after release to improve solutions based on real outcomes.
- Share reusable patterns with other AI Solutions Engineers and mentor colleagues to raise organizational capability.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on AI and automation experience plus broader experience in functional transformation or systems integration.
- Track record of redesigning workflows or operating models rather than only automating isolated tasks.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problems to impact.
- Strong automation capability using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable technologies.
- Hands-on experience building production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs and enterprise data.
- Experience in at least one complex business function like People, Legal, Finance, or Operations.
- Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to influence functional leaders and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of mentoring others and raising standards across a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise systems used in People, Legal, Finance, or Operations functions.
- JavaScript, Python, or SQL experience.
- Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.
