About the role
Alma is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Payer Success team within Operations. This role acts as the central quarterback for payer partnerships in steady-state operations.
The Senior Program Manager holds the full picture across the end-to-end RCM lifecycle, including credentialing, rostering, claims adjudication, and customer experience. You will ensure operational insights turn into action to improve outcomes across the payer portfolio.
What you'll do
- Act as the central quarterback for payer partnerships in steady-state operations.
- Track open issues and mobilize internal experts to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Drive accountability across teams until problems are resolved.
- Work closely across Operations and Business Development teams to turn operational insights into action.
- Manage the full picture across the end-to-end RCM lifecycle.
