    • Support marketing stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses, metric investigations, and reporting, including explaining drops in leads or campaign performance.
    • Work with acquisition funnels, marketing costs, and attribution models, including multi-touch attribution where applicable.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales Analytics and Unit Economics to ensure consistent definitions, metrics, and data models.

    • Strong SQL skills are mandatory; experience working with analytical databases such as ClickHouse or similar.
    • Experience with BI tools for building dashboards and reports, such as Apache Superset or similar.
    • Practical experience with marketing metrics, campaign performance analysis, attribution models, or marketing KPI frameworks.
    • Experience building clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing stakeholders.
    • Ability to investigate problems, explain metric changes, and turn data into actionable insights.

    Nice to have

    • Experience with web analytics tools and website performance analysis, such as Google Analytics or similar.
    • Experience with DBT or other data transformation tools.
    • Python for data analysis or automation.

The hot takeJeff's read on Sumsub

There is SO much to like about this company, starting with the very first line on their careers page: "Trust over control. We hire smart people and let them shine. No micromanaging, no games—just trust, ownership, and great work." This is EVERYTHING that you look for in a company. They are all about output over attendance, they don't micromanage, they have strong Glassdoor reviews, and a MOSTLY clear remote work policy.
