    About the role

This is a hands-on role requiring you to write your own specs, pull your own data, and build rough versions of agents. You will own the core platform, talent and client experiences, internal systems, and the data and AI platform underneath them.

    What you'll do

    • Decide on build-versus-buy for models and tooling, as well as packaging and pricing of AI-enabled products.
    • Rebuild how Product works using AI-assisted discovery, research, prototyping, and analysis.
    • Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the entire portfolio, including growth, platform, and operational leverage.
    • Establish the product operating model and metrics based on evidence and user research.
    • Own the product integration of acquisitions and new products.
    • Define product team structures and own resourcing and workforce planning to hit hiring commitments.
    • Review product work directly and set a high bar for hiring and development.

    What they're looking for

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline (Engineering, CS, IS).
    • At least 15 years of proven software Product Management experience.
    • At least 8 years of experience leading Product organizations, including managing other managers.
    • Proven ownership of resourcing, workforce planning, and high-bar hiring.
    • Deep, hands-on command of modern AI: agentic architectures, orchestration design, retrieval, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
    • Growth marketing fluency including acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
    • Proficiency in SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis.
    • Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams.
    • Meticulous quality standards for writing user stories and testing features.

    Nice to have

    • Master’s degree.
    • Experience with marketplace, platform, or two-sided business models.
    • Prior experience working as a Software Engineer.
