About the role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
What you'll do
- Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning.
- Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions, not just insights.
- Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI.
- Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation.
- Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan.
