About the role
Blend traditional editing with AI-generated video, image, voice, and audio assets to create conversion-focused ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while exploring new AI workflows to increase creative quality, speed, and scale.
What you'll do
- Produce high-volume direct-response video ads optimized for paid placements across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Generate, enhance, and manipulate video, image, voice, and audio assets using modern Generative AI tools.
- Seamlessly integrate AI-generated media with UGC, product footage, and traditional timeline-based editing while maintaining high quality standards.
- Create multiple variants per concept, experimenting with hooks, angles, pacing, structures, and AI-generated assets.
- Leverage AI to accelerate creative production and develop new approaches to generating scenes, B-roll, voiceovers, product visuals, and creative variations.
- Translate performance insights into concrete editing decisions, iterating quickly based on CTR, CVR, retention, and ROAS.
- Build clear DTC narratives including problem/solution, demo, testimonial, comparison, educational, and objection-handling formats.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and other teams, proactively proposing new creative and AI-driven approaches.
- Explore automated and programmatic video workflows that can help scale creative production.
