About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Growth Hacker who understands how algorithms work, knows why content goes viral, and can turn those insights into repeatable, scalable growth systems. This is not a traditional social media management role focusing on community engagement or content calendars.
You'll be engineering organic growth at scale, building the organic distribution engine that makes our brands impossible to ignore. You will have the freedom to design, test, and scale organic growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies designed to maximize reach, engagement, and distribution at scale.
- Design and manage networks of social accounts that amplify content and accelerate reach.
- Identify emerging trends, viral formats, and algorithm shifts to translate them into content strategies.
- Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and content workflows to produce and distribute high volumes of content efficiently.
- Develop creative concepts, briefs, and distribution strategies for creator networks.
- Continuously test hooks, formats, retention structures, and distribution tactics.
- Analyze retention, completion rates, shares, and distribution velocity to scale winning approaches.
- Transform successful experiments into scalable systems replicated across brands and markets.
