Trafilea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI (Artificial Intelligence) Program Manager to join our PMO department.
As an AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of AI projects within our organization. You will be an ambassador of the WBAT created by the PMO, guaranteeing efficient and transparent execution of company programs.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage the successful delivery of AI projects within the organization.
- Guarantee the efficient, orderly, and transparent execution of Projects and Programs.
- Help structurize reporting tools and frequency to integrate company resources and results.
- Coordinate planning ceremonies inside each Program, Project, Tribe, and Squad.
- Identify and remove blockers in a timely manner.
- Assist and create room for planning work, defining clear objectives and responsibilities.
- Keep close track of progress for easy decision-making and orchestrating work.
- Support the empowerment of Asana for planning, project, and task management purposes.
- Create Portfolios and Projects involved in the execution framework.
- Manage the proper execution of the Squads Creation and Assignment process.
- Act as a liaison between IT and Marketing departments for interaction and interconnection.
