About the role
We’re looking for an FP&A Director to own our global Financial Planning & Analysis function end-to-end and become a strategic partner to our executive team, Board, and investors.
You’ll build the financial infrastructure behind better decisions—from planning and forecasting to performance management, investor relations, and capital markets—while developing a high-performing FP&A team.
What you'll do
- Own annual business planning, monthly forecasting, performance management, and variance analysis end-to-end.
- Turn financial and business data into forward-looking insights and recommendations for the executive team and Board.
- Lead our investor relations program, including strategy, cadence, financial materials, and messaging.
- Own key Capital Markets and fundraising workstreams, from financial modeling and data preparation to investor Q&A.
- Build and continuously improve company-wide KPIs, reporting structures, and budgeting processes.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Planning, Operations, and Accounting to improve profitability, P&L performance, and Cash Flow.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team with clear ownership and accountability.
- Ensure leadership has accurate, timely, decision-ready financial information to allocate resources and prioritize investments.
