There is no better time to set a New Year's resolution of getting a job that let's you work from anywhere. And fortunately, I've got a huge list of fresh opportunities to share this week.
And...this week I am introducing the AtlasScore©, a proprietary scoring formula we've developed to evaluate each company that qualifies for the Anywhere Atlas, our database of companies that let you work from anywhere.
Each company is scored based on four factors:
Employee perks: Scoring based on the perks offered to prospective employees, including: Flexible working hours, 4 day work weeks, healthcare benefits, learning stipends, etc.
Remote culture: Scoring based on how much the company embodies a remote culture and total location independence for employees.
Peer reviews: Scoring based on what past and present employees are actually saying about their work satisfaction at the organization.
Company culture: Scoring based on the degree to which the company values employee well-being and quality of life versus company goals and objectives (no Kool-Aid).
