Fingerprint has a clear remote work policy - work from anywhere, and hire from nearly anywhere. The give transparent salary ranges per job listing, some solid perks, solid Glassdoor reviews, and a friendly-ish careers page. I would LOVE to see this page sell me a little harder on why I should work there..."Here's our transparent hiring process", and "We believe in contribution and trust over hours and micromanagement." With a little bit more work, it's there. That said, they look fantastic. Here's some features:

💵 Transparent salaries: I'm seeing this more and more, and I like it.

📚 Learning budget: "We want you to grow with us, so we offer a $600 yearly budget that you can spend to learn new stuff."

🏝️ Paid Retreats: "We meet up as a company once a year (We went to Mexico City in 2023!) and teams meet up in smaller groups throughout the year."

✈️ Unlimited PTO: "To prioritize work-life balance, we even have a minimum vacation days target to encourage everyone gets the rest they need."

👩‍💻 Async: "We work asynchronously and respect time-zone differences. Choose where and when you do your work best."

I've had ImprovMX on my queue for awhile now, but they are rarely hiring (they're a small, nimble company!) But guess what? They're currently hiring, so here we go.

Like most small companies, it's really tough to get a lot of employee information. The careers page is sparse, and there are no Glassdoor reviews. But...there's some solid stuff to work with here:

🌍 Work from anywhere: A crystal clear statement: "Work from home, work from Bali, work wherever you're happiest and most effective."

❤️ Professional Trust: So rare these days with RTO-vibe companies: "High Autonomy & Ownership. As part of a small team, you'll naturally take ownership over a large portion of our product."

I'd love to see a bit more about their benefits & perks, transparent salary ranges, their position on employee-employer relationships, and a clear hiring process. But hey, this is a great start.

Improvmx is your go-to for hassle-free email forwarding, thanks to their reliable and user-friendly service. Their dedicated team makes email management a breeze, allowing users to set up custom email addresses that seamlessly forward to their current inboxes.

Lumenalta splits their prospective employee-facing content into careers and culture pages, which can be effective when you have a lot to say. What I love most about their culture page is that they focus 100% on the prospective employee, rather than themselves. It's very tempting for companies to talk about themselves and their expectations, but it's a mistake. That comes from a place of insecurity. Lumenalta does a good job of selling me on why I should work there. Here's some aspects I like:

✅ Strong Peer Reviews: 4.1 Glassdoor score (342 reviews). That's a strong indicator with a lot of votes.

⏰ Flexible hours: "We're not about enforcing burdensome time sheets: We recognize that Lumens on our distributed teams across the globe do their best work at different times."

✈️ Sabbatical: "These can include a luxury gift, a month-long paid sabbatical or monetary recognition."

🔌 Tech stipend: "$1,000 to spend on whatever helps you feel your best, from gym gear to cooking classes and office decor. Whatever you’re into, we want you to be as fulfilled personally as you are professionally."

They build custom software solutions with big business impact and have supported brands like Target, Dicom Transportation Group, and Peoplehood.

Ok they aren't totally new to me - they've been in the Anywhere Atlas for awhile now - but I've never officially reviewed them. And it's going to be a bit tricky to do because it's a young, tiny company without a lot to go on. The careers page is sparse and there isn't much information outside of their individual job listings to go off of. So, here's what I've got for you:

✅ Peer reviews: 4.4 Glassdoor score with only two reviews. There's not enough here to put any stock into this.

🏝️ Remote policy: "Remote first. You’ll be joining a team working from all over the world."

⏰ Flexible hours: "Create your own journey with flexible working schedules and locations."
