Also, I've got some awesome news! Standard Chartered's CEO Bill Winters is breaking from the group (JP Morgan, Goldman, HSBC) stating “We work with adults, and the adults can have an adult conversation with other adults and decide how they’re going to best manage their team.”
That's a FAR cry from Goldman's CEO David Solomon stating that remote work is an “aberration that we are going to correct as quickly as possible" and "not a new normal."
