83 Work-from-anywhere jobs hiring now for the week of October 29, 2025

Webflow has been around for awhile, but it's been just the past few years that I've seen their content management system popping up like a wildfire. Our colleague Nacho (nice one, Nacho!) flagged them to me last week, so I figured I would take a look - and he was right, there is a LOT of good stuff here.

They have a SUPER clear employee mobility policy, discussed three separate times on their comprehensive careers page (Note: employee hiring eligibility is limited - this is not the same as an employee mobility policy).

They do a decent job of balancing a careers page of "Here's a bunch of stuff about us" versus "Here's why you should work here and what we offer", though I'd like to see it lean a bit more towards the latter. I like the transparent perks & benefits, testimonials, and clear WFA policy.

🏥 Healthcare: "For all eligible employees and their dependents, we cover 100% of the health benefits premium for medical, dental, and vision."

🏝️ Unlimited PTO: "Take time off whenever you need it with our flex vacation policy."

🔌 Tech Stipend: "We provide all remote employees with $500 (or equivalent in your local currency) to help build out your dream home office."

💪🏽 Health & Wellness: "We provide monthly stipends in your paycheck to spend on work and wellness items like cell phone and wifi bills, gym memberships, meditation apps, or anything else that helps support a healthy lifestyle and productive work environment."

🧠 Mental Health: "Your mental wellness matters. We provide free access to a comprehensive global resource for mental wellness benefits. Those benefits include up to 20 one-on-one sessions with licensed clinical therapists and certified mental health, professional, and financial wellbeing coaches, and unlimited group sessions."

Happyco is a last minute add to the newsletter, so I haven't had a chance to fully review them, but I do see a lot of good things. Let's start with their A+ remote work policy:

"Flex Work Culture. Live and work where you can be your happiest and do your best work. As long as you have an internet connection, you choose the place you call home."

100 out of 100, clear as a bell and love it. Their Glassdoor average score is a 3.6, which is a bit south of where I would love to see it, but definitely not a dealbreaker. They have lots of transparent perks and benefits including equity, health and wellness stipends, parental leave and paid sabbaticals.

Bounteous is a recent addition to the Anywhere Atlas and weekly newsletter. On review, they have some solid aspects, making them worthy of sharing. Here's my thoughts:

Glassdoor reviews: They have a decent 3.4 average score, the lower end of what I'd like to see, but I'll keep an eye on it over the next few months.

WFA Policy: They have onsite jobs, hybrid, and WFA. Keep an eye on the listings, because they are all different! They do not have a hire from anywhere policy.

Transparent hiring process: They have a published interview process published here.

I do have a complaint that there isn't readily available information about their perks and benefits offered (likely because they are different across employee geographies). That said, I'd love to see some transparency in that regard.

I'm really liking Growe, but I want to see more information from them. I want to see more about their remote work policy (other than roles that say "anywhere" as a location designation), a comprehensive list of perks and benefits, and maybe...maybe transparent salaries. That said, I'm liking a lot f what I'm seeing. Here's some important details:

• Many roles are work from anywhere. Not all, but many. Don't @ me if you find roles on their careers page that aren't WFA, I warned ya.
• They have a 4.9 Glassdoor review score. Again, not something you should put all your stock into, but still solid.
• Transparent, published hiring process so that you're not floundering through two months of several rounds of interviews.

I'm not seeing much published regarding the actual benefits they offer, so if Growe is reading this, please shoot me a note with details.

Awesome careers page that puts prospective employees front and center.

RELAX, we’ve got you covered. We take care of our tribe like family. That’s why we offer competitive salary packages, flexible working arrangements, all types of leave, and ample holiday time.

They have a super clear work-from-anywhere policy:

Work from ANYWHERE, anytime. Forget the 9-5, at Right Hook you can work where you want, when you want. Have an appointment during work hours? No problem. Need to pick the kids up from school? Go right ahead. As long as the work gets done, we don’t mind where or when you do it.

And do they back it up? With a 4.6 average Glassdoor score, it seems like it.

Outliant is another one of my highest recommended companies to work for. Here's a line from them that I really love:

I also love that they created YouTube Shorts with their employees discussing life at Outliant:

Note that many roles have hiring location eligibility. In other words, they are looking for employees who are citizens of specific areas. They are still "work from anywhere", but hiring eligibility is limited.

I rarely get to share Buffer hot takes because they don't hire often, but they are this week, and I'm pumped to talk about them.

Frankly, I don't think I've ever a company offer more perks than Buffer does in the five years I've been working on this project. Check out all this awesome stuff:

And, they are perfectly clear about their remote work policy:

"Buffer is a fully remote team, spread across the whole planet. We have teammates in 22 countries, 51 cities, and 11 timezones (and counting!). As a member of our team, you will be invited to work wherever you’re happiest and most productive."

Finally, I LOVE their perspective on reflection and time away from work to unblock your creative thinking:

"We carve out time for reflection in order to unblock ourselves. We believe personal growth stems from vulnerability and introspection as we focus on ongoing self-improvement."

You all know very well that this line gets me going: "We don't have strict core hours since our teammates are based in different time zones. We care about our work results, not 9-5 availability."

I really wish they would post "work from anywhere" somewhere on their site as a company policy. Other than that, they seem to have a legitimately happy team

Raptive is another new company to me, but I'm only giving them a quick peek because I can't confirm whether or not they let you work from anywhere. The positions are fully-remote, but they don't have any policy statements about location. If I can get a rep from the company to expand on this, I'll include them in the Anywhere Atlas, our database of 300+ companies that let you work from anywhere.

Update 10/29: I still haven't heard back from Raptive on their remote work policies, so I'll keep them off the Anywhere Atlas until I learn more.

Here's what I like:

• Respectable 3.9 Glassdoor score.
• A few perks published.
• Transparent pay

Here's what I would like to see improved:

• There 's not much personality on their careers page - I'd love to see more about their employees, and what it's like to work there.
• I'd love to see a clear remote work policy.
• I'd like to see the content and language more prospect-oriented rather than company-oriented.
• I'd like to a complete list of perks and benefits.

✔️ Transparent salaries with a calculator that factors in your experience.

If I see another company that has more than 90% of its career page content that talks about the company mission rather than prospective employees, I'm flat out dropping them from our database. Listen, do THIS:

Why does that work? Because they are prioritizing outcomes rather than worthless things like location, looking "busy", and keeping employees happy. Say it with me: Offices don't generate more revenue, it makes old schoolers happy because they have no idea how a business is meant to operate.

I love that Storyblok immediately leans into an employee-first narrative rather than telling you what they expect of you, before you've even applied. I also love that they understand (how most companies don't get this I will never understand) that WFA policies opens them up to a much bigger talent pool:

"Being fully-remote means we can hire the best talent – and top-notch people – from across the world. We’re a diverse team spread across more than 45 countries, united by a love of furry animals and a belief in certain values (see below). You can rely on your colleagues here. And learn from them. Heck, you might end up calling some of them friends."

They seem to mention pizza quite a bit...which I don't quite get. Maybe it's an inside joke with employees.

⏰ Flexible hours: "As a fully remote company with work-life balance at its core, you can arrange start times and finish times around your life."

🏝️ Paid Retreats: "As a fully remote company with team members living in different corners of the world, we have ongoing online fun team events.

📚 Learning budget: "We want to invest in you and make sure you have all the resources you need to grow within the company. In the beginning, we will provide you with training on the job, then support you with our Career Development Fund."

Check out this line from their company culture page.

"Krakenites are focused on outcomes, which is why we value skill and knowledge above credentials and presentation. It’s why we work remotely in pajamas rather than from offices in suits. We may look like a motley crew of misfits but we run a tight ship and get a lot done. Of course, we keep a few business costumes in the trunk for special occasions."

Hell, yes. That...that is how you manage employees effectively. Not because we want to work in pajamas, but because they care about outcomes, and they realize that comfortable employees generate the most outcomes.

💰 Geo-neutral pay: "Competitive salary, regardless of where you decide to work." In other words, they aren't going to pay you 1/8th what you're worth because you live in Colombia.

🌍 Hire-from-anywhere: "Kraken will hire prospective employees from any country."

🧠 Mental health support: "Mental Health and Life Coaching Benefits for you and your dependents."

💪 Health and wellness: Wellness Program includes a fitness coach on staff, well-being experts, and monthly wellness stipend

Unsurprisingly, their careers page reads a bit like a Wikipedia page! It's well-organized, incredibly clear and transparent. Remember - WFA does not mean the same thing as "hire from anywhere"! Read the blurb below.

A few readers recommended that I throw Clutch in the newsletter, so I gave them a look this week, and they were right. They've got good employee reviews, a work-from-anywhere policy, and some really good perks and benefits. I wouldn't mind seeing the careers page get built out a little more - some testimonials, a transparent hiring process, etc. But overall they're doing a nice job. Here's some things I like:

I like a lot of what I see, but I want more of it. I want to see more about their remote work policy - it seems that most roles are fully-remote (some have preferred timezones), and they are fully-distributed, but they don't actually say the words "work-from-anywhere", which I desperately want to see. I suspect that if you can prove your trustworthiness, they would let you work from wherever, but that's just a hunch. Instrumentl, please shoot me a note. Here's some things I like:

💰Transparent salaries: I hate that I have to applaud this, but few companies do it.
