This week I've pulled together a massive list of 72 open job listings. Each listing is pulled from our database just launched today, called the Anywhere Atlas.
The Anywhere Atlas is a list of 300+ fully-remote companies that we've curated over the past 3+ years.

How are companies selected and scored?
Each company has been manually selected, reviewed, and scored by the Beach Commute team and I (it took a LONG time). We're looking for the very best companies that believe in our core values:
1.) Understanding that happy and healthy employees are the most effective at their jobs and are the most loyal to the company.
2.) Belief that mutual trust and respect between employee and employer generates the best results.
3.) Viewing the employment relationship as a partnership, with both sides bringing value to one another, which both sides having a fair distribution of power.
4.) An understanding that employees should be measured by their output, rather than the hours they work or their location.
In order to ensure these companies are awesome places for employees to work, we score each company based on the following factors:
Employee perks: Scoring based on the perks offered to prospective employees, including: Flexible working hours, 4 day work weeks, healthcare benefits, learning stipends, etc.
Remote culture: Scoring based on how much the company embodies a remote culture and total location independence for employees.
Peer reviews: Scoring based on what past and present employees are actually saying about their work satisfaction at the organization.
Company culture: Scoring based on the degree to which the company values employee well-being and quality of life versus company goals and objectives (no Kool-Aid).
