I have slight concerns with their downward trend in Glassdoor reviews, and the lack of perks and bennies published. Again, Glassdoor doesn't mean anything, but I do keep an eye on trends!

Thank you for the recommendation, readers! Remote work policies are rarely perfectly clear. Marisa and I have been running this business for over six years and we STILL sometimes scratch our heads! This is a problem. Take Appcues, for example. Their policy states:
"We’re a remote-first company with teammates across time zones and disciplines. Trust and ownership are core to how we operate."
It doesn't say "work from anywhere." So we have to dig deeper. Looking into a job listing we read: "For non-US based candidates, Appcues adjusts salary ranges based on cost of labor in each market."
So what can we deduce? We know the company is fully remote, and that they don't hire exclusively in the US. It LIKELY means that if you want to travel while you work, you'll need to discuss (and earn) it.
