61 Fully remote jobs hiring for the week of July 16th, 2025

I've got a personal record of 13 fully-remote companies to share today, including two exciting newcomers in Passion.io and Fillout. Keep sending these recommendations to me, y'all. You send 'em, I'll do the research and tell you what I find.

Lastly, before we jump into the jobs...let's talk about the jobs market. Last month we added 147k jobs, which is pretty flat, and on par year-to-date. Unemployment still remains very low as well.

So what does this mean? We are at a bit of a standoff. Employees aren't leaving their jobs or getting fired, and employers aren't hiring at an increased rate. So basically, it's still an employer's market. But it's stable.

I've got a brand new one for ya this week! These folks have very very little for me to work with from their sparse careers page, BUT they have a work-from-anywhere remote work policy and a 4.7 Glassdoor score. Also, they have a lot of personality and detail in their job listings, which they REALLY should be including on their careers page. Like, seriously. I love some of the buried statements in these listings, like:

"Your success is measured by results, not hours."

And some awesome perks like:

"Enjoy 24 days of paid vacation plus 10 days of “Celebration Leave” for holidays that matter to you."

C'mon folks, there is SO much good stuff in these listings - get it formatted on your careers page! I love it. I will say that I LOVE their employee video, which you should definitely watch. Most importantly, they look fun and genuine.

Passion.io lets you easily create and sell your own mobile app without needing to know how to code — kind of like building your own Netflix or fitness coaching app for your audience. It's perfect if you're a coach, creator, or expert who wants to turn your content into a polished, interactive experience people can access from their phones.

Fillout is an interesting small company I just found out about. Like most small companies, there isn't a TON to go off of, but I'll tell you what I know:

• They don't care where their prospective/current employees are geographically located, which leads me to believe they will hire from anywhere and let you work from anywhere (though I would love some clarification from the company).
• There aren't enough Glassdoor reviews to score in our database.
• There are almost no perks/benefits published on job listings or their careers page, so I'd love to learn more about them from the company.
• I would love more information about whether or not they allow traveling while working. I suspect they prioritize output over physical presence, but I'm not sure.

Unlike most small companies, they have a fully fleshed-out careers page. Unfortunately, they make a small mistake many companies make by talking about themselves a bit too much, and explaining why top talent should want to work for them a bit too little. It should be more employee-focused rather than company-focused.

I've added them to the Anywhere Atlas, though note that their 63% score is more a reflection of missing information from the company rather than legitimate low marks. All we need is more data, baby.

I just added Yodo1 to the Anywhere Atlas a couple months ago, and how I had missed them before is a travesty. Their entire careers page is about employees, not the company. Even better, they talk ad nauseam about working remotely (which is always good for me).

"We love games, we play games, we grow games—from anywhere in the world. Will you add the next country to our map?"

And this: "We don’t care about titles, your location, or the hours you work—only your impact on helping developers grow their games." I could NOT word that any better myself, after seeing thousands of careers pages. Oh, and can I get an AMEN for a clear remote work policy?

And of course I love their stance on remote work: "Travel when and where you like, get paid in your currency of choice, and enjoy flexible hours and unlimited paid time off."

Yodo1 helps game developers make more money from their games without ruining the player experience. They handle everything from ads to licensing so creators can focus on making fun games.
